Before completing your order, it's a good idea to measure your T-shirts to determine their block size. You can do this with a ruler on any flat surface. Measure the silkscreen design at its widest and longest points to determine the maximum size. In the previous example, you can see that this design is 13 inches wide and about 7 inches long. This would be made into a 14-inch block. Unless there are other blocks larger than 14 inches, we would recommend making all blocks from 14 inch squares. If this were the only T-shirt that required a 14-inch block, you might consider replacing it with another to create a quilt out of 12-inch blocks. This would not only cost less, it might look better as the silkscreen designs would fill more of each block. |

To indicate the location of the T-shirt silkscreen designs on your quilt, you need to number them. The easiest way to do this is to write numbers on a piece of paper and pin them to each shirt. You could also write the number on each T-shirt sleeve. For shirts with designs on the front and back, we will need to know if you want to use both designs or just the front or back. For instance, if you have a T-shirt with designs on the front and back and you would like to use the front in location number 2, label this T-shirt 2F. You can see the number ordering we use in the following templates. |

Depending on the number of T-shirts, the most economical shipment method is usually USPS Priority Mail using a Flat Rate Box. These are available from your local post office for free. Include a copy of your completed order form with the shipment. Ship this to the address on the order form. |
